Women Faith Leaders Fellowship - Georgetown University

Sister Alice Anzoyo C. Dralu, SSHJ, is a member of the Women Faith Leaders Fellowship 2024-2025 cohort. She is a member of the congregation of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and director of the Centre for Leadership and Management (CLM) at Tangaza University. Her background is in business administration and management, accounting, and finance. She has an M.A. in ethics and organizational leadership from Tangaza University and holds bacholor of business administration: management and MBA degrees from Uganda Martyrs University. Sr. Dralu is currently a Ph.D. candidate in social transformation with a focus on organization management at Tangaza University. She was among a team that developed and now implement a professional leadership training program for major superiors of religious congregations (PDCL).
